Hot Summer Vacation

I am off having in my summer vacation. I’ll be back soon. I woke up early in the morning today, I prepared my self to travel today, and arranged some stuffs for my son and my husband to our luggage. Fireworks On Swiss Confederation Day

It’s been couples of day now that I didn’t post new entry here in my blog. We had beautiful first august celebrated Swiss confederation day with my beloved family and friends. The weather was not so bad, quite warm, had a little bit sunshine, cloudy sometimes and keeps thundering at night but we had still brunch on the farmland in the morning, there are bunch of people out there enjoying the typical Swiss music while eating great food. At the evening, we have watched within 30 minutes fireworks which was a lot and huge fireworks probably the amount of fireworks it can be pay to buy a house and lot (ha-ha-ha) lolls…

Here is a short video of fireworks, we were not close where the fireworks were, because I brought my baby and not ideal to close these noisy and to the crowded people at the mount of Gurten Bern. See also the smiley fireworks... :-)

Swiss Confederation Day

In the last couples of week I organized that were having picnic tomorrow first of august because it is Switzerland day or confederation day but it might be we were not going having barbecues or picnic as what we have heard the weather news that tomorrow in the whole day will be bad weather, we’re having rain shower. We just were going to have breakfast in the farmer restaurant in the morning.

Switzerland day people are enjoying fireworks, bonfires, houses lighted paper lanterns and buildings and private buildings decorated cantonal, national and community flags and children carrying lighted papers lanterns roamed at night in the streets, enjoying picnic, having grilled food with family and friends, which is a lot of fun.


This evening were going in Biel town were going to watch fireworks as my mom first time here and that’s good timing celebration of Switzerland birthday, I am sure she will enjoy tonight and I think tomorrow this would be great as her first time having this kind of socialized which is different.

Everything Are New

My mom is here now; she arrived yesterday night from Philippines. It was so funny because everything are new for her, weather, nature, people, language, houses, building, things, culture and tradition opps this I will never forget the food hmm… what else?

You know that I can get to wear my favorite top, blouses, dresses, jeans and shoes. I just really love shopping which is my passion, which is fun for a woman. I knew that mostly woman love shopping. A Beautiful Sunday

Yesterday it was another beautiful weather, and yep today in addition, wow, hope this will be all the time (lol) but this is impossible, as you know that we were in the cold country frequently in the wintertime we are having snow here in our place and even past few days in the mountains was snowing, weird? (lol) but we thanks that’s sometimes successive beautiful weather.

Yesterday in the afternoon, we spent our day with my mom in-law and my grand mom in-law but before we met them. At the noontime, my husband, baby CD and I went to Pony ranch. I thought I could ride Pony but it is not possible is just good for children, I was telling a joke to my husband, I must wear a clothes like kid so that they thought that I am a kid and they will let me ride to Pony (lol). My husband was laughing at loud and he replied me a funny story too, he said if he ride a Pony, it is better that Pony will ride to him (lol) because he is bigger than to a Pony. After in Pony ranch we went hiking by Aare River. There are so many people enjoying the beautiful sunshine, they spent their time swimming in the river, having grilled food, boating in the Aare and hiking. It is nice to see those people are happy spent time with family and friends.

Back to the story meeting to my in-laws before the sun down, we went again hiking with them and then we had dinner at around 6:00 PM at Reichenbach restaurant we had good food. I had hand made Ravioli mushroom with spinach and cheese and my husband had big Salad plate because he is in diet so he just ordered simple food, my in-laws having terrific food too and my baby with my husband on the lap enjoying licking citron (lol). It was beautiful afternoon and dinner that I spent time together my loved ones, bonding together and having some fun and chitchat.

Hi folks, what had you done today? I hope you had great day as what we had. In the morning we visited my grand mom in-law, it was so nice to see again my grand mom in-law, because 1 month now since I did not meet her. We had some snacks at her house, ice cream and cookies and I took 1 cup of tea my husband took 2 cup of coffee and my grand mom in-law the same as my husband. After visited to my grand mom in-law we went then to grocery, we bought good food for this coming week. We bought a lot of food as my mom is arrive soon here in our place and then before the sunset came we did picnic and we had grilled food for a dinner. Supposed to be that today we planned to clean our entire flat but we did not clean as we took advantage to go outside today because it was nice weather.

I Love Being A Woman

Oberhofen Castle And Its Park

The photos below stated we were by the park of Oberhofen Castle in Thun, almost 30 minutes to drive from our place. It was beautiful weather not hot and not cold, it was perfect temperature. My husband and I do not have idea after visiting to my friend in hospital (who delivered a baby last Thursday) therefore, we decided to visit this beautiful place of Oberhofen and visit by the park of the castle. We enjoyed looking the wonderful view from the park. When we were there the castle was already closed so we do not have a chance to look inside maybe next time if have a time enough we will look inside.

Oberhofen Castle and village located in Berner Oberland and offers picturesque lakeside setting with an amazing view of the Alps and the parks offers view of the lake against the fantastic mountains. The parks of Casltle Oberhofen is the one loveliest in the Alpine region.

A New Friend

Hi folks, what have you done today? My baby and I we had great day were at the noontime until sunset in my friend house (Juliet). It was the celebration of my friend birthday. At lunchtime, we had Asian food again, Escabeche fish, adobo, pancit bihon (glass noddles), penakbit (typical Filipino food) and minudo hmm yummy? Delicious foods we had and then around 3 o’clock we had desserts. It was another day of chitchat with friends and Videoke day. I have friends I just met just today almost 8 months that we did not meet because she was busy doing her job and specially my other friend from Holland. My baby (8 months and 2 weeks old) enjoyed playing with the baby girl (1 year and 2 months old) a daughter of my friend from Holland. It was so fun because the baby girl keep kissing to my baby boy and my baby boy kissed her too. My baby boy keep looking to the baby girl and liking her to play. It was another fun day meeting again to my friends and at the first time, my baby boy found a new friend and kissed. I want to share you later on some videos of my baby boy and baby girl a daughter of my friend.

Do you like to dance? What have you done during in your big day to entertain to your guest? I think so; there are many ways to entertain to your guest so that they feel not bored and especially it must be unforgettable moments for the couple. The Most Beautiful Mountain In The World

This is with my sister and brother (above photo). My sister wearing black and me was wearing pink t-shirt. These were during summer vacation in Valais Switzerland past years. It was blast vacation we had in their, we went to Zermatt which is known village in Switzerland which where the Matterhorn is, the famous landmark in Switzerland and the most beautiful mountain in the world, which named also the Tobleron chocolate. Zermatt known is the one best place of ski resort in the Alps.

Photo above when we went to the mountains with cable railway; there we saw amazing wide view of the Switzerland Alps, border Italy Alps and Zermatt village that was so breathtaking view and of course the most ever dominant the most amazing mountain in the world the MATTERHORN. This coming august I do not know if we could go this place to bring my mom out there and see the Zermatt village and tour in interesting attractions of this area.

Thailand Festival

Today my husband, baby and I went to Thailand festival. In Thailand Festival there are many foods to buy, fruit fruits and things, like jewelry, clothes, purse and also massage etc. that are typical from Thailand. I met my some friends; we had chitchat a little bit an hours, and had lunch together with them in Thailand Festival. It was ugly weather but still there were bunch of people, it was difficult to find the table available mostly were occupied, but we were thankful there were people are good and gave place to us. Even the day was ugly weather but we had fun day in Thailand festival.

Keep Learning

That is my boy he is showing how he is so eager to use the computer like mommy and daddy, (photos below) what mommy and daddy do he wanted also to do. When he was 3 months old, he started to learn anything that possible to do and keep looking what mommy is doing. He is a kind of baby fast learner. He knows to press the remote to open the television and he knows to press the bottom where can make sound of his stuff toys, I just let him to play those stuff toys with music and he press in many times, I put beside to him. In addition, of course if mommy in front of computer he wanted also with me in my lap and press the keyboard.
